Leader Scorecard Interview

Welcome to Clutch.

We help leaders and teams accelerate effectiveness by providing the Clutch Scorecard. The Scorecard propels conversation forward from “why isn’t this working” to “let’s fix these things now”.

Here’s how it works.

We ask you and others 9 questions. Then we synthesize what we hear into a Scorecard and provide recommendations for improvement.

Every question we ask is qualitative (long form response). We want you to share your stories, get into the details, provide examples, and give us a robust picture.
Provide a minimum of 3 sentence responses to each question. Explain what’s going on and why it matters for the company and team.
