Here’s how it works.

We ask you 9 questions. Then we synthesize what we hear into a Scorecard.

Every question we ask is qualitative. We want you to share your stories, get into the details, provide examples, and give us a robust picture.

Provide a minimum of 3 sentence responses to each question. Explain what’s going on and why it matters for the company and team.
